Restarting the Hud or stopping and starting the Hud doesn't seem to work (and I shouldn't have to do that). So it seems everything is working fine, it's just the Hud Profile randomly doesn't load for that table and the only way I can fix it is to close the table and open another one and hope that works. This will allow you to see all of your opponent’s hole cards. But in the section for each table that says 'Hud Profile,' the bugged table just doesn't have a Hud Profile listed there when the other tables do. Enable known hole cards You can check this by default if you’re using poker tracker. Inside PT4, when I go to the 'Play Poker' tab and then I click on 'View Active Tables,' all of the tables appear as being recognized. Poker Tracker 4 is still recording the hands like normal from the bugged table, and the other tables are working fine, it just won't load the HUD for some reason on that 1 table. Sometimes, seemingly randomly, but often enough to be annoying 1 of my Ignition Cash Game tables that I open just doesn't have the HUD show up on it.
I use Poker Tracker 4 and the Ignition Card Catcher from Ace Poker Solutions to record my Ignition 10NL Cash Game Sessions and I'm running into this problem that seems to be Poker Tracker 4 related.
